Epping Boys High School was established in 1957 with the 50th anniversary being celebrated in 2007. The values and traditions of the school were laid down from the early years and these have been embedded into the culture of the school today.

The current 3 year program Boys to Men seeks to engage all boys and build fine men. These objectives are achieved through a range of programs including: quality teaching; an extensive number of co-curriculur activities; a strong student welfare emphasis called BTM; extensive sporting opportunities; a wide range of music, art and technology choices. The values of the school are reflected in the Code of Behaviour: Courtesy, Respect and Responsibility, which are an integral part of the daily relationships between students and staff and the wider community.
