Spear it Catering and Cooking School is an exciting new venture offering Cookery Classes to suit all levels Cooking parties Private and Corporate Catering Special event catering Food Demonstrations COOKING CLASSES Spear it cooking school is a commercial kitchen where people can come and learn the skills to produce great food and have lots of fun whilst doing it. It is a social environment where everyone works together to achieve a fantastic result. We will be running courses weekly for all skill levels and changing class topics regularly. Some of the classes offered will be: Basic methods of cookery these classes are in 5 block lesson Classic hot and cold desserts Sausage making Asian Cookery Corporate team building classes Please check our website for a full schedule of classes & how to book Whats included? When you attend you will be welcomed and offered a complimentary beer, wine, dessert wine, sherry, champagne, tea, coffee or lime cordial depending on the time of day and what type of class you are attending. Once you have done all your preparation and cooking you will sit down to eat and enjoy your fantastic work. We will be offering samples of wine or beer, provided by Purple Palette Hawthorne, to complement your dishes. Tasting notes and recipes will be supplied and you can take them home to start a collection. All equipment is supplied by Spear it so all you have to bring along is yourself and your willingness to learn some new skills. When you attend your first class you will be issued with a loyalty card. Once you have it stamped 5 times you will receive your own Spear it Cookery School apron. We will be running courses weekly for all skill levels and changing class topics regularly.
