At the start of each class, you'll be shown techniques and tricks, then you'll be let loose to cook, with your chef close by to help guide and inspire you throughout your entire class. Then you'll love our canap� and dessert cooking class! This class aims to give you that added expertise to entertain and most of all impress your guests! Forget the main course! It's all about how you start and end the night with delicious hors d'oeuvres and wicked desserts. You'll start by learning how to make canap�s like quesadillas, using everything from salmon to chorizo to pear. You'll then try your magic on some very delectable desserts. Here you could be making anything from delicious and rich Chocolate Brownies with Kahlua Cream, Key Lime Tarts or a traditional favourite, Tiramisu?but with a modern twist! $130 per person Singles Cooking Parties With the focus on fun and plenty of interactive cooking, you'll learn how to chop, sizzle and flambe with exciting other singles, aged 28-45.
