Gibbs Street Primary School

Sydney Private Schools introduces Gibbs Street Primary School in Cannington, for all your education and learning needs.

Gibbs Street Primary School was opened in 1971 and in 1979 the Pre-Primary Centre was opened. In 1996 the school celebrated its 25th Anniversary. In 1997 the administration block was extended and the old building was modified and refurbished. The school facilities include, in addition to two pre-primary classes, twelve classes surrounded by generous playground areas shaded by trees, large patios and verandah areas for all children.

The students enjoy themselves by playing on the extensive playground equipment, in a large undercover assembly area, two basketball courts, cricket nets, a tennis court, a football oval and soccer field. The school is air-conditioned throughout, boasts a sizeable library and all children having I.T. access through a computer network.
