Woodridge State School is a special kind of place where children, parents/carers and staff work together to support each other in learning and teaching. With between thirty (30) to forty (40) different cultures and students with special needs, our school has an inclusive approach which focuses on individual needs and learning styles which are catered for in whole class, shared small group and individual ways.

This school is a proud member of the National Partnerships Schools, where personalised learning and achievement of negotiated outcomes are major goals. Woodridge State School’s 2009 Showcase State Award for Inclusive Education celebrates the sound foundation for personalised learning provided by the school’s dedicated staff.

Parents and carers are urged to communicate with staff in an open and positive way so that we can all work together to achieve improved learning outcomes for our children.
