Trundle Central School is a K-12 school located 65 kilometres north west of Parkes and Forbes. The school serves the town and surrounding rural hinterland. Students in Years 11/12 are part of the Western Access Program linking seven small central schools via telecommunication links.


We are small enough to care but still enjoy outstanding teaching and learning facilities. Every child matters. Our small class sizes allow more individual tuition and personalised welfare attention. We have a history of success with students who have struggled in much larger schools.

In recent years our students have been recognised for outstanding success in athletics and other sports with a relatively large proportion representing the Western NSW Region.
