Hawkesbury High School is a coeducational high school delivering excellence in comprehensive education. It serves a semi-rural community on the west bank of the Hawkesbury River in the north-west area of Sydney.

The school draws its population mainly from the small settlements at Freemans Reach, Wilberforce, Glossodia, Ebenezer, East Kurrajong and Colo Heights.
